Registration Fees:

Main Conference: $250
Main Conference (after February 11; if seats are still available): $295
Workshops (with main conference registration): $40 per half day
Workshops (Post-Conference ONLY registration): $50 per half day
Conference T-Shirt ONLY: $29 (Available through February 11)

Payment Policy:

Payment is required at the time of registration via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. All registration fees must be paid for by credit card at time of registration, or by calling the Code4Lib Registrar within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations received on or before February 11, 2025, are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the February 11 cut-off date. Registrants are able to transfer completed registrations to colleagues - please contact [email protected] to finalize this process.

Registration for the Code4Lib 2025 Conference includes access to after hours activities (additional fees may apply), all sessions, provided meals / breaks, included on the schedule from Monday, March 10 through Wednesday, March 12. Post-Conference Workshops can be added to your registration on Thursday, March 13 for an additional fee.
Conference T-Shirt ONLY Registration ($29.00)
Participate in the conference remotely while wearing your Code4Lib 2025 Conference T-Shirt! Watch the presentations streamed to the code4lib YouTube channel and subscribe to the #code4libcon Slack channel to engage in discussions with all attendees during the conference.
