Code4Lib 2026 Registration

Registration Fees:

Main Conference: $425
Main Conference (after February 10; if seats are still available): $500
Workshops (with main conference registration): $50 per half day
Workshops (Post-Conference ONLY registration): $75 per half day
Conference T-Shirt ONLY: $29 (Available through February 10)

Payment Policy:

Payment is required at the time of registration via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. All registration fees must be paid for by credit card at time of registration, or by calling the Code4Lib Registrar within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations received on or before February 10, 2026, are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the February 10 cut-off date. Registrants are able to transfer completed registrations to colleagues - please contact [email protected] to finalize this process.

Registration for the Code4Lib 2026 Conference includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks and lunches that are included on the schedule from Monday, March 2 through midday Wednesday, March 4. Post-Conference Workshops can be added to your registration on Thursday, March 5 for an additional fee.
